A Regular Weekend.

Let's see...what exciting happened this weekend?

Friday... woke up to a wonderful snowfall.  Little did I know that the snow would force me to sit in a bus for about TWO AND A HALF HOURS just to get to school.  I'll tell you, it's hard to keep sane sitting still for that long without anything to do.  That's why I can't go to jail.  Because I'd inevitably go insane.  We got to school at 9:35, just in time for me to cram the entire Psych Midterm into a 20-minute chunk.  Ow.  CS was frustrating as usual, this time figuring out why... I better stop, I'm going to pull out more hair if I keep talking about it.  English - quiz I didn't do the reading for (definitely not a good thing) - but it looks like we'll be able to make it up.  Vocabulary.  And then Sylvia Plath.  I'm definitely impressed with the glass that sucks "blooh-heat" from a fingertip.  And the " , hot nectarine" line, wherever that was.

After school, helped the ladies work on the "Stalker Documentary."  For all my experience, I sure ain't too impressive.  Oh well.  It hurts to try to get a locker open.  Just like love.  Except, never mind.

Got home and went on a little "romantic escapade" with one of my favorite little Tarus.  Goblin Butchers scare me, I might post a screenie later.

Saturday... Dad wanted to go see Lord Of 3 with me (he hasn't seen it yet) so I willingly obliged.  We tried to do Chipotle in 30 minutes, and ended up shoving burritos into our mouths as fast as humanly possible just to get something to eat.  Moral of the day: don't drink a soda right before you see ROTK.

---- possible rotk spoiler alert ----

I don't hear my dad swear often, and he definitely "oh, shit"ed three times during the movie.  Let's see.  When the BIG ROCK hits the fortress at the very opening of the battle, when the Rohirim (sp?) approached and the screen panned to show the hundreds of thousands of orcs and goblins, and at one other point that I can't remember.

It was downright amusing to see the number of people - to hear, rather - that went "UUUUNNNNNGGGGHHHH" when Frodo got stabbed by the spider-thing.  They did a better job of the sound effect than I did.  I think a grown man next to me started crying.  That spit bubble is yucky.

---- end possible rotk spoiler alert ---

Got home and hit FFXI some more when the folks went out to the Mills.  Was forced to wait in one place for like 30 minutes to avoid some Maze Scorpion thing an incompetent lured into a lower-level area.  Dagnabbit.  Essentially got nothing done.

Sunday... went to the cousin's birthday party.  Got a cool present I'll show folks maybe later.  I'd talk more, but I have  some playing to do.

XO ANDY
